Frank Stack
John A. Lent
Frank Stack passed away last April 12 and John A. Lent passed away a few hours ago. I always loved Frank Stack's art style. I remember him mainly from Harvey Pekar's Our Cancer Year.
As for John Lent, suffice to say that I subscribed to the International Journal of Comic Art since Vol. 1, #1: Spring/Summer of 1999. I even submited a couple of things to the IJOCA...
Unfortunately, this blog is becoming an obituary page. As I use to say: it's my 20th century that is rapidly disappearing.
